This is a totally secluded cottage with private access to the Heritage listed Aire River. A perfect romantic escape with magical views overlooking the river and surrounding bush land, outdoor spa, full size cedar sauna, wood fire, balcony and canoe.
Adjacent to the Otway National Park and Aire Valley Wetlands, this property is teeming with rare birds and wildlife so it is essential that your dog is kept on a lead at all times. There are sheep in the adjacent paddock which could prove quite a distraction is you have a working dog like my Toby ( he’s a Border Collie).
The property is fenced, however, small dogs would easily fit through the fence and there is also a gate which has some quite large gaps that large dogs may fit through.
